Anton LopezSous Chef
Anton was born in the Philippines and was raised in the Pampanga region, which is known for its cuisine and Spanish influences. It was there, in his grandma’s kitchen, that he developed his love for food and cooking while helping her prepare the family’s weekly dinner parties every Sunday. He then continued his training at a culinary school in Manila before coming to the U.S.
Now living in Norwalk, CT, Anton has been working at various restaurants, clubs and markets in the region since 2011. He got his start at Peter’s Weston Market, where he worked the kitchen for 10 years. He then became Sous Chef at Nature’s Temptation in Ridgefield, and cooked at the Thai restaurant, Nit Noi. Then, in 2021 he joined Rolling Hills CC as Banquet Chef, and has been part of the Chef Supreme team since 2022.
Hector PerezStaff Manager / Mixologist
Hector’s career as a Bartender and Mixologist was launched in 1998 with Princess Cruises, and after a few years working in various Westchester country clubs, such as the Sleepy Hollow Country Club, Beach Point Club, Fenway, Coveleigh Club, Scarsdale Golf Club, he moved on to Hotel Holiday in 2006, then Weeburn CC as head waiter in 2009.
In 2010, Hector helped open and manage a restaurant in midtown NYC for 2 years, followed by stints at the Hyatt Greenwich Regency Hotel, Darien CC and Bellhaven Yacht Club. Since 2015, he’s been working exclusively as Mixologist and bartender at private events, bringing a passion for the craft and always trying to create memorable moments.
A long time member of the Greenwich community, Hector is a single dad raising two teenage daughters. So he works tirelessly, driven by a passion for what he does, meeting new people and having magnificent experiences. Hector is grateful for how the industry of gastronomy has opened so many doors for him, and looks forward to making you one of his signature cocktails.

Yes, indeed. We will happily modify any dish to suit your taste or nutritional requirements, and gladly make you anything from our previous menus. You can be vegan, gluten-free, on a keto diet, or maybe you just don’t like garlic. We will accommodate you. If you have a special meal in mind, a family recipe you’d like to recreate, or just a craving for something in particular, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it for you
At Chef Supreme, there are no subscriptions required. You can just order when you want, as often as you want. We only ask that you order a minimum of $140 for delivery. You can, of course, just subscribe to receive our weekly menus by email. But, if after tasting our food, you decide you do want to subscribe to weekly deliveries, we can certainly accommodate that, too.
No, all of our meals are delivered fresh from the kitchen on the day they are prepared. They are best if eaten within three days of delivery, but you can also freeze them, if you wish, to enjoy late
Chef Supreme will gladly alter any dish to accommodate any food allergies. Just let us know and we will make sure all your orders are prepared accordingly, following strict protocols to avoid cross-contamination. However, our meals are prepared in a facility that handles food allergens such as wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, soy, milk, eggs, and sesame. We cannot guarantee that meals will be 100% allergen-free. If you have a severe food allergy or intolerance, we recommend you consult with your doctor about the possibility of eating our meals.

Chef Supreme will, of course, be delighted to cook for you and all your friends. Just let us know how many portions you require and we will deliver your feast fresh to your door. We also cater events large and small, and can create special menus for any occasion.
We are proud to serve Fairfield and Westchester counties and will deliver to most areas free of charge. A delivery surcharge may apply, depending on how far you are and the size of the order.
You don’t necessarily need to be home to receive the delivery. We can leave your food wherever you specify (porch, common area, concierge, etc.) and can text you a confirmation. All meals are delivered fresh from the kitchen in insulated bags with commercial-grade ice packs. If you are home, we’d be happy to put them directly in your fridge or on your counter, if you prefer
We make deliveries Monday through Friday, depending on when we receive your order. You can also choose which day you want your meals delivered. Delivery window is from 2pm to 6pm, unless special arrangements are made. In case of inclement weather, there may be some delays
